About us
People book from people. Here's who you'll deal with.
Scotland Work Stays is run by Woodside Professional Solutions Ltd, a Scottish company that manages furnished homes across the country. We look after every home ourselves, so the person you speak to knows the property, the area and your booking.
Our story
From holiday lets to homes that work
We started out hosting holiday guests across Scotland. Over time, more and more of our bookings came from companies: contractors on long jobs, engineers between rotations, families waiting for repairs. They needed something different from a holiday let, so we built a service around them.
That means homes with parking and a room for everyone, simple invoicing, flexible dates and a team that answers the phone.
We answer
A real person on the phone or WhatsApp, not a ticket queue.
We fix fast
A local maintenance team who know every property.
We flex
Projects change. Bookings should change with them.
We're clear
Guide prices up front, simple terms and proper invoices.
Doing things properly
Licensed, insured and accountable
Short-term let licensed
Our homes are licensed under the Scottish short-term let scheme.
Safety checked
Gas safety, electrical checks, fire safety and insurance in place for every home.
